The family-friendly features provided enjoyment for my children.
I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of our room. It was dusty, which was unacceptable for a family stay. The breakfast was a disaster! The food was served cold, and we had to repeatedly ask for essentials like teaspoons and condiments. The chaotic atmosphere during breakfast was overwhelming, and the lack of proper hygiene standards from the staff made me question the hotel's overall management.

Braw spot for a wee getaway! Staff were pure amazing, especially Patricia who treated us like family. The food in the restaurant was cracking, truly exceeded my expectations. The downside was, the bar food could use a bit of work. Would defo return!

the location was the only highlight, but I almost feel bad for saying that. I couldn't even turn on the heat in my room at night. the bathroom mirror light was out, they just overlooked it completely. being a guest at a four-star hotel, I expected some recognition of my stay, but alas, that was just too much to ask, apparently.

Cozy vibes and great food!
Had an amazing weekend! The staff really made us feel at home, like long-lost friends. The bar had a fab selection of snacks and drinks. I loved the evening entertainment. the live music was a nice touch. Just wish the parking could've been a bit easier—some tight spots! All in all, a solid stay.

Amazing brekkie experience!
Had a blast with my family! The breakfast spread was incredible, with tons of gluten-free options that my daughter loved. The staff were really helpful when we needed some extra support for her insulin. Just wish our room had a mini fridge—it would've been super handy. a solid stay, but the mattress could be better!
